Simply submit your request using the form provided when you receive your completed headshot. Let us know why your order failed to meet your expectations and our happiness team will gladly help you. Please note that once you’ve approved your headshot, no additional changes can be made.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your headshot delivery.

While we will do everything we can to make your purchase with us right and deliver headshots you are 100% happy with, we do not provide refunds for individual headshots, team purchases, or custom headshot orders. Refunds will only be provided in the event that we are unable to deliver your headshot(s) due to technical or other obstacles on our end.
