You take your own photo (or have someone take it for... you) using step-by-step video instructions, upload it, Headshots.com has a real human editor work on it, then it's back to you to approve.I used this as both the administrator for my team and one of the people taking and uploading a headshot, and Headshots.com made both processes very easy. As an admin, I was able to select exactly how we want our team headshots to look (from background color/image to square vs. round, among other options).Turnaround on the photos was quick. Pricing is very reasonable as well. We even have a human account manager to contact with questions or issues. I ordered a headshot from Headshots.com and was very impressed with the result. Their patient team works with you to submit... photos that are suitable for use. For me, it took several submissions, but we found a photo that worked. After a few days of waiting, the result was a studio-quality headshot. Their team carefully touches up the photos to remove blemishes and other minor things but not to the point where it looks like those uncanny AI headshots. This was easier and a lot less expensive than going to a studio. If you are working on a budget, I strongly recommend this service.read more

I was referred to Headshots by the company I work for, after a recent takeover. The process to take and upload photos was... very straightforward and the online tutorials were easy to follow. It took a few minutes and I was done. There were issues with some of my team due to the quality of the pictures they uploaded and some of the girls necklines needed adjusting, however, the customer service team were able to assist me and resolve the issues in a prompt manner. From customizing background colors, and shapes to determining the level of photo editing necessary, John and his team are top-notch. I was allowed access to a dashboard where I had easy oversight and visibility of the progress of my team and their headshots. I had a dedicated contact at Headshots.com (shoutout to Tory!) who helped me with any issues we may have run into or answered any questions I may have. The total project took about one month due to the coordination necessary on my end.
