CSV reports now include custom field data from team dashboards, giving you a more complete view of your team and making it easier to analyze and filter your reports.
Need a custom background? Request more information about our custom background designs for your team’s headshots right from your dashboard. Simply head to the “Headshots Style” page, select “Click Here” in the orange banner, review the form, and hit “Send”. A team member will follow up shortly with more details.
A new knowledge base has been integrated across team dashboards, individual status pages, tutorials, and other key areas. The best way to access it is by clicking the “Go to Help Center” button at the bottom of your team dashboard homepage or individual status page.
Set how often reminder emails are sent to team members who haven’t submitted their photo. Just head to “Team Settings”, select the “Reminder Email Settings” tab, and choose the frequency and number of reminders that work best for your team.
View the history of background changes directly from your team dashboard. Just go to the “Headshots Style” page and scroll to the bottom to view a log of background changes. You’ll see the background name, who set it as default, and when the change was made.
You can now download up to 10 files individually from your dashboard. Selecting more than 10 will trigger a zip file sent to the primary team leader’s email.
You can now add a custom field to your team dashboard—ideal for capturing employee IDs, departments, or other useful info when adding team members. It also appears as a column in your dashboard. To enable it, go to “Team Settings”, select the “Custom Field” tab, enter a field name, and click “Save”. To remove it, simply delete the text and click “Save” again.
Team leaders can now assign up to 3 secondary contacts to receive email updates. In “Team Settings”, stay on the “General Info” tab. Under “Secondary Contacts”, click the “+” icon to add an email address. Click the “+” again to add more.
Need a headshot faster than the 3 business day turnaround? Team leaders can now request to expedite headshots within 24 hours directly from the Team Dashboard!
Once marked, an expedited icon will appear next to the team member and our Production Team will prioritize the user’s headshot as soon as their photo is submitted.
This new feature ensures your team gets professional results faster when you need them most!
We’ve introduced an “On Hold” status to indicate when a team member’s process is temporarily paused, helping teams quickly identify and follow up on progress.
CSV exports from the team dashboard now reflect an “Archived” status, making it easier to identify archived team members in your data.
Teams opting to use the self-sign-up pages now have the flexibility to fully customize their experience. They can personalize the title and description. Additionally, they’ll have the ability to:
Archive team members from your dashboard once their headshots are complete to help clear your view. To do this, select the users you’d like to archive in the “Completed Headshots” section and click “Archive”.
You can now export a CSV report from your dashboard to track team progress and activity. The report includes each of your team members’ current status, submission timestamps, and key user details. Just click your team name in the top-right corner of your dashboard and select “Download CSV”.
Team leaders can now choose to receive email notifications whenever a team member receives a resubmit request from us. The email will include a link to the Team Dashboard, where you can review the images.
Team leaders can view each team member’s individual status page directly from their dashboard by clicking the user’s status under the “Completed Headshots” section.
