Expedited Headshots Feature

Need a headshot faster than the 3 business day turnaround? Team leaders can now request to expedite headshots within 24 hours directly from the Team Dashboard!

Here’s how it works:

1. Select the user whose headshot you’d like to expedite.
2. Click on the clock icon to mark their headshot as expedited.

Once marked, an expedited icon will appear next to the team member and our Production Team will prioritize the user’s headshot as soon as their photo is submitted.

Key Details:

• Fee: A $20 fee applies per expedited headshot.
• Turnaround Time: Expedited headshots are delivered within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

New Photo Request Notifications 

Team leaders can now choose to receive email notifications whenever a team member receives a resubmit request from us. The email will include a link to the Team Dashboard, where you can review the images.

• A wider selection of backgrounds, accessible through the Headshots Style page.

Team Member’s Choice of Background

Traditionally, teams have been limited to a single background to maintain consistency. Now, if variety is required, you can offer your team members a selection of company-approved backgrounds. They can choose their preferred background during the tutorial phase.

Quality Check Preferences

Tailor the quality check process to fit your team’s specific needs:

• Prioritize Quality: If a submitted photo doesn’t meet the required standards, the team member will receive a resubmit request along with improvement guidelines.
• Minimized Effort for My Team: If a photo doesn’t fully meet guidelines but is workable, we’ll enhance it to the best of our ability. Note that this may result in slight inconsistencies in your team’s headshots.

File Accessibility

Access multiple file types with ease. You can now download both the Standard and Additional file versions of your team’s headshots directly from the Team Dashboard, ensuring quick and convenient access to all necessary files.

• Welcome Email:
  • Fully customize the email to align with your brand and messaging.
  • Modify specific a specific section, including the subject line and body text, to create a cohesive and branded onboarding experience for your team members.
• Reminder Email:
  • Edit a specific section to better fit your team’s unique requirements, ensuring clear and relevant communication.

These customization options allow you to reinforce your brand identity and improve communication effectiveness.

Email Communication Control

Gain greater control over how your team receives headshot-related emails:

• Disable Email Notifications:
  • If needed, you can now turn off headshot-related emails entirely. This feature is perfect for teams that prefer to manage communication internally or through alternate channels.

Access Control

Maintain control over headshot accessibility within your company:

• Disable Download Options:
  • Prevent team members from downloading finalized headshots by disabling the download button. This ensures that only your company retains full control over the distribution and use of these assets.

This feature is ideal for teams that prioritize secure handling of headshot files.

Tutorial Customization

Make the headshot process seamless and aligned with your company’s standards:

• Add Company Guidelines:
  • Include a dedicated section in the tutorial that outlines your company’s specific headshot guidelines. This ensures team members are aware of requirements and expectations before starting the process.

Team Member Self Sign-Up Page

Streamline onboarding with a dedicated sign-up page where team members can easily register for their headshots on their own under your company. Choose from two options:

1. Bulk Purchase Credits: Bulk purchase the amount of credits you need upfront. Credits are deducted automatically as team members sign up, and they are added to the Team Dashboard.
2. Individual Purchases: Team members can purchase headshots on their own and be automatically added to the Team Dashboard.

Email Validation & Credits 

If an invalid email is added to the Team Dashboard, it will be automatically removed, and the credit will be returned to your balance. The team leader will receive an email notification for any updates.
